Harmonised inflation Germany 1999 (HICP) - The inflation chart and table below feature an overview of the German harmonised inflation in 1999: HICP Germany 1999. The harmonised inflation rate is based upon the harmonised consumer price index (HICP, published by Eurostat to compare inflation in European countries).
